We offer free shipping on all orders over $60 (excluding sleeping bags, which have a separate shipping cost due to their size and weight).

Australian Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times within Australia:

• Metro areas: 3–7 business days
• Regional & rural areas: 5–10 business days

International Shipping

Yes, we do ship internationally! Shipping costs and timeframes will vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

Sleeping Bags Shipping

Due to their size and weight, sleeping bags incur a separate shipping cost which will be calculated at checkout.

Returns

30-Day Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging
• Free from damage, odours, or signs of use

Please note that custom and made-to-order items are non-returnable, as they are created specifically for you. If there is a fault or error on our part, we will of course make it right — please reach out and we'll sort it out.

How do wall decals work?

Our wall decals are made from high-quality, self-adhesive vinyl. Simply peel and stick them onto any clean, smooth, flat surface — walls, doors, windows, and more. They are 100% removable and reusable, so they won't damage your walls. Much faster, cleaner, and easier than painting!

Are the sleeping bags machine washable?

Yes! Our sleeping bags are machine washable. Please follow the care label instructions to keep them in the best condition.

How do custom stickers work?

We can create custom stickers for you! You can upload your own artwork or work with us to design something unique. Get in touch via email or phone to discuss your custom order and we'll take it from there.

How long do stickers last outdoors?

Our vinyl stickers are rated to last up to 5 years outdoors and virtually forever indoors — so they're built to handle the Australian elements.

Care instructions for T-shirts

To keep your NHARLA tee looking its best:

• Machine wash cold, inside out
• Avoid bleach and harsh detergents
• Tumble dry low or hang to dry
• Do not iron directly over the print
